Privacy policy
Regulation (EU) 2016/679, called GDPR, regulates how authorities, companies and organizations process personal data. The regulation aims i.a. to protect your personal data so that it is not used for purposes other than those for which you provided it.
Personal data includes all kinds of information that can be linked to a living natural person, for example

Processing of personal data includes all handling of personal data, such as collection, registration and storage.
The person responsible for personal data is the person who alone or together with others determines the purposes and means for the processing of personal data.

What personal information do we collect and when?
Personal and contact information, such as name, e-mail address and telephone number, which you give to us, for example when you send us a question or opinions through the contact form, or stay in one of our rooms or book a table in our restaurant. For example, if you were to question whether the information is correct or if we no longer need it for our purposes but you need it to be able to establish, assert or defend legal claims. This means that you can request that we not delete your information.
